 1998 - Present, ECI / WebEquity Solutions, Director of Information Technology  - Responsible for hosting an On Demand/SaaS web application for over 450 financial institutions
- Provide effective 24X7 operations using a combination of on-call staff and automated system monitoring
- Have consistently exceed production system availability and performance requirements
- Retooled development team and created a new development, testing, and production environment for our web enabled credit analysis software
- Wrote and responded to numerous RFP’s
- Developed IT strategic plans and budgets to align IT with business strategies
- Handled contracts for co-location hosting, outsourced services, telephone and systems maintenance.

 1996 – 1998, Utell International, Office Automation Manager  - Oversaw the management and support of a global network that supported 1000 users in 42 offices across 38 countries
- Led a project to migrate the corporate network of 500 users from Novell/Token Ring to a Windows NT/Ethernet configuration.
- Led project to develop a PC imagining and management system that would be deployed to our 42 offices

- Developed a work order tracking system database to replace Lotus 123 and paper based system
- Instrumental in moving the Product Support Representative role from administrative to a more technically focused position.
Military Experience
 1993 - 2000, Iowa Army National Guard (IARNG), Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), State Area Command  - Configured and installed firewalls using Linux and IPChains
- Built and monitored Intrusion Detection Systems using SNORT
